When you upload, submit, store, send, or receive User Content to or through our Service, you give FormulAI a license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute such User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize FormulAI to use your User Content as described in these Terms.
• Your User Content does not violate the law or infringe or violate the rights of any third party.

5. Third-Party Services and Content

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by FormulAI. FormulAI has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that FormulAI shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Your use of Google services through our application is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. FormulAI adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy.

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. For example, you must not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws or regulations.
• Violate or infringe other people's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

FormulAI and its suppliers and licensors do not warrant that:

• The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
• Any errors or defects will be corrected.
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

In no event shall FormulAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
